FRP Water Tank selection guide

1.FRP Water Tank is combined by standard plates, including 1000mm*1000mm, 1000mm*500mm and 500mm*500mm three kinds;

2.The dimension of water tank, length, width and height are based on 500;

3.The water tank basic drawing(can be provided by us);

4.Technical requirements for water tank base construction:

a. The levelness tolerance is no more than 5mm,for the whole basic flat which is composed by concrete stays; and the tolerance of the flat diagonal length difference is no more than 20mm.

b. The distance from the basic flat to the wall(four sides) is no less than 600mm.

FRP Water Tank Ordering Information

1. Customer can select dimension or design by selves;

2. Please do a good base following the basic drawing before installation;

3. When customer order the goods, please illustrate the inlet & outlet pipe, pipe diameter and the location of height;

4. If customer has special requirement, please notice in advance.

Composition

Fundamental composition of FRP modeling sheet: mixtures such as unsaturated polyester resin, thickener (MgO), initiator (curing agent), cross linking agent, low shrinkage additive, packing (calcium powder), internal releasing agent ( Zinc stearate ), colorant etc.

These mixtures dip the glass fiber . And then adding protective films to the two surfaces (polyethylene or polypropylene film) to form sheet compression molding material.

Removing the thin film, clipping according to the required size, and then compression molding.
